Negative Visualization
Memento
Stoic reflection, daily.
You know what matters. Memento helps you feel it before another ordinary day disappears.
What it is
Each day Memento writes one short scenario. Three minutes, read a word at a time, drawn from your own life: your goals, your worries, the people and ordinary hours you would miss. It takes something away, then gives it back. That is the Stoic practice of negative visualization, and it is why the same commute, the same kitchen, the same evening can land differently on the way out of it.
Every session ends on one concrete thing you can do today.
- Sessions written for your life, not generic meditations
- Gentle controls that keep difficult themes bounded and proportionate
- Streaks, reminders, reflections, and a Home Screen widget
- An offline library so there is always a session waiting
